This is the Revell 41 Chevrolet Truck. I omitted the front bumper and filled the holes. I extended the body area below the tailgate and around the side to the rear fenders. The paint is Reviving Red metallic. The wheels are 66 GTO rallies and the tires are from the parts box. The headers, muffler, and exhaust are all scratch built. I lower and front and rear suspensions to get it low and the right rake. : ) AH

1969 Chevrolet Nova SS
This is built from the fairly new Revell Kit. It's built straight out of the box with the exception of the tires. I used the optional custom round dash gauges, and headers. The paint is Charcoal metallic. I used the side 383 badges rather than the 350. Fit and easy of construction gets this kit a A+ to build. The detail is awesome! AH

1932/34 Hot Rod Truck
This is of my favorites. It's built from a little bit a everything. The frame and suspensions are modified Revell 32. The split wish bones are scratch built. The cab and bed are from the Lindberg 34 truck. The bed has been shorted both front and back. The grill shell is a 32 with a 34 truck insert. The paint is HOK gold metallic. The decals were made on my computer. The interior has a 32 3-window dash, bucket seats, and scratch built door handles, and window cranks. The motor is a early Red Ram Hemi built from the parts box. The wheels are items I cast in resin and are painted with Alcad chrome. Enjoy : ) AH

69 Nova
Here is my latest project 69 Nova
Here I have taped out my racing stripe
Now I paint the stripe flat black
Here I have taped out my racing stripe
Now I paint the stripe flat black
And know I spray the Testors Reviving red over the whole body with several coats over the whole body to get the desired color and create a ghosted racing stripe.
32 Fords
Here are the two 32 Fords that I have recently finished. The five window is pretty much out of the box except for the rear slicks that we pulled out of the parts box and some of the decals that also came out of the parts box. The paint is a Testors Firey Orange with the Fabric Tan interior paint.
50's style 32 Ford with flat black and lime green. I pulled the tires and wheels out of the parts box and used some decals and the valve covers out of the 5 window kit.

1957 Chevrolet Corvette - Gasser Style
This is built from the AMT '57 Corvette Street Machine. This one was built with many changes from the original kit. I wanted a 60' style Gasser that was set up for the street. First started by removing the emblems, side trim, and building the hood scoop. The paint is House of Color Copper metallic over a white base. I added the dual carburetors, and manifold to the kits 454. I removed the super trap mufflers from the headers and built a custom exhaust system that exits just front of the rear axle. I cut the frame off from the motor mounts forward, and scratch build the frame, springs, dropped axle, tube shocks, and mount it so the front is up in the air for that Gasser look. The rear suspension has scratch built coil over shocks and radius bars from the axle to the frame. On the inside I removed the console and smoothed the dash. The gauge panel and tachometer are also built from scratch. The tires and wheels are from the Revell '68 Firebird drag versions. I'm very pleased with how this one turned out. AH
1966 Pontiac GTO - Street Machine
This is the 1966 Pontiac GTO by Revell. This one is built mostly straight from the box. A wonderful kit. The detail is excellent, as is the fit of the parts. This was an enjoyable car to build. The paint is Testor's Ice Blue over a white base. The interior is white and looks great with the body color. I used the drag wheels from the Revell '69 Nova kit. I used a wider rear tire from the parts box. I added wires, and fuel lines to the motor. I changed the rear exhaust so it exits below the rear bumper and used aluminum tube for the tips. AH
